A Sötétség Krónikái – UPDATE
A Sötétség Krónikái is the official Hungarian translation of Chronicles of Darkness: Revised Storytelling System Rulebook, released by Onyx Path in 2015. The book reimagines, revises, and unifies the 2004 World of Darkness: Storytelling System Rulebook and the 2013 supplement The God-Machine Chronicle, serving as the modern core rulebook for the Chronicles of Darkness line.
The game centers on personal horror stories in which players usually portray mortal characters in a dark and unknowable world. The book contains the complete rules for character creation, gameplay, and storytelling, as well as detailed guidance on bringing supernatural beings, horrors, and ephemeral entities into your chronicles.

Vampire: Rekviem – Második Kiadás is the official Hungarian translation of the 2013 rulebook Vampire: The Requiem Second Edition. The book uses the modern Chronicles of Darkness rules system—known in Hungarian as A Sötétség Krónikái—and focuses on the personal conflicts at the heart of the vampire condition.
In the game, you take on the roles of the Kindred, the predators of the night. Driven by an eternal hunger, they endure among the ruins of their mortal lives, caught between social intrigue and primal instinct. The game explores the loss of Humanity, the price of power, and the question of how long anyone can remain true to themselves in a world where the monster is always lurking beneath the surface.
The book provides complete rules for creating vampire characters, including clans, covenants, and supernatural powers. It offers detailed guidance on vampire society, the structure of domains, and the politics of the night, while placing a strong emphasis on personal horror and story-driven play.
The Hungarian edition is currently being translated and edited. Particular care is being taken to ensure clear, polished prose, consistent terminology, and fidelity to the tone of the original, so that the finished edition fully captures the dark atmosphere of Vampire: The Requiem.

Werewolf: Az Elhagyottak – Második Kiadás is the official Hungarian translation of the 2015 rulebook Werewolf: The Forsaken Second Edition. Built on the modern Chronicles of Darkness rules system—known in Hungarian as A Sötétség Krónikái—this core rulebook explores the werewolves’ instinctive drive to hunt and their unending struggle with the spirit world.
In the game, you take on the roles of the Uratha. Their lives revolve around the compulsion to hunt, the call of the blood, and the need to maintain spiritual balance. The Uratha must contend not only with their prey, rival packs, and the spirits lurking within their territories, but also with their own primal instincts and the remnants of their humanity.
The book provides complete rules for creating werewolf characters, covering tribes, spiritual powers, and other supernatural traits. It offers detailed guidance on how packs function, how to defend territory, how to conduct the Sacred Hunt, and how to battle spirits, all while retaining the game line’s distinctive tone and strong emphasis on personal horror.
The Hungarian edition is currently in preparation. The goal is to establish consistent terminology and faithfully capture the dark, savage, instinct-driven world of the original, so that Werewolf: Az Elhagyottak – Második Kiadás conveys the source material’s raw power and immersive atmosphere to Hungarian players.
